About Chocolate Spread + Mulled Wine = Festive Chocolate Bliss Let's say this recipe infuses our beloved chocolate

spread with deep mulled wine flavors to give it a gentle warming undertone and a kiss of orange and red wine. 

The jar of the good stuff makes the perfect Christmas gift or well-deserved treat just for you. Worked hard this year,

treat yourself! It will take about 30 minutes to make material 200 ml wine red 1 tsp. vanilla extract 75 grams caster sugar 40 grams

cocoa powder 200 grams peeled hazelnuts peel of 1/2 orange 1/4 tsp. ground allspice guidance Preheat the oven well to 200ºC (190ºC fan).

Place small saucepan over medium heat and whisk red wine, orange zest, vanilla extract, ground allspice and 3 tsp caster sugar.

Simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the wine boils and the alcohol is reduced by half. Set aside leave it to cool for 10 minutes. 

Your mulled wine is lacking. After this, you put the hazelnuts in a baking tray and toast it well for 8-10 minutes,

8-10 minutes, until the nuts start turning brown and a nice smell of delicious flavors comes in the kitchen.

After this, combine the toasted nuts with the remaining sugar, cocoa powder and mulled wine reduction in a food processor. 

 Blitz until it is silky smooth. Pour it into a sterilized jar and keep it in the fridge for up to 2 months. Have a good time enjoying it!
